WELCOME
• 7 overnight stay in a charming farm house immersed in nature with familiar atmosphere.

GOLF
• 3 full days of your favourite sport: golf. You have the opportunity to play golf in Tuscany, lodging in a typical Tuscan country house and enjoying the food and the wine.
• We are glad to suggest you two different golf grounds: both are green fees a 18 holes, from 70 to 74 par, pitching, putting, the centres have got restaurant, bar, changing-room, equipment rental, and other sports facilities. One golf ground is located in the countryside, surrounded by hills, only 30 minutes away from the farm house, the second is near the seaside at the coast, flat land, only 45 minutes away.
This is our suggestion, but you can decide to play golf in the same place for the three days.
• The package includes also a tasting of some of the most typical products of our region: white and red wines, extra virgin olive oil and pecorino cheese.

WINE TASTING
• A private guide will show you two farms, one wine cellar belonging to the area of Terricciola (Pisa) known as “città del vino” the “wine-city”; and one organic cheese factory near the Etruscan city of Volterra (Pisa).
• Wine tour: Ready to visit the estate! Together with the person in charge for the agricultural production, you will visit the farm. First you will have a interesting walk among the vineyards learning a lot about the history of the farm, the characteristics of its produce and the methods of cultivation. Afterwards you will enter the wine cellar and the owner will explain you the processes of the wine making. Eventually you will taste the excellent wines (chianti and Igt ) and extra virgin olive oil produced there. The wine tour also includes the visit to an Etruscan grave belonging to the estate.

CHEESE TOUR
• Cheese tour: Visit to a local farm, surrounded by a unique landscape, specialized in the production of fully organic cheese, from fresh ricotta to ripened pecorino. A direct experience in the workroom during the production. Visit to the barn where the sheep and the pigs have lodging. Tasting of different kinds of cheese together with ham, salami and local honey, for a very delicious light lunch!

COOKING CLASS
• We give you the opportunity to discover the secrets of Tuscan food in one interesting cooking class. Our cooks are local people preparing the same meals that Tuscans eat at home, using the same fresh and genuine ingredients with the help of very useful tricks.
• The duration of the classes ranges from 2 to 3 hours according to your needs before you sit at the table, and enjoy all the delicatessen you prepared.
• The traditional meal includes a couple of starters, two main courses (primo and secondo according to the Italian tradition) with side dishes and a dessert. During the class and your meal an aperitif and some matching local red or white wines will be served as well.
• There will be a friendly and helpful assistant ready to answer any question of yours.
•The choice of the menu depends on the seasons and on your special wishes! We can focus on vegetables, pasta, soup, risotto, meat, focaccia bread, dessert, biscuits, cookies….
• At the end of your stay you will receive a nice gift.

• The welcome dinner is usually at the farm house, but in case there are no enough guests, the kitchen will be closed and we will book for you in another typical restaurant nearby.
• The double rooms are all en-suite. The apartments have got one or more bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 or more bathrooms. Some apartments for 2 people are studio apartments. In some 1 bedroom apartments we can add 1 or two extra beds for children 4-12 and baby cots.
• If you desire to book the service “car + chauffeur” for the wine and the cheese tour, or for any other transfers, prices are from 30,00 euro per person. Ask for an estimate.
