WELCOME
• 7 overnight stay in a charming farm house immersed in nature with familiar atmosphere.
• We welcome you with a delicious welcome dinner to let you taste some traditional Tuscan recipes, served with some good local wine.

ITALIAN LANGUAGE COURSE
• In Tuscany the acquisition of the Italian language is supported by the pleasure of discovering the wonders of our land. We offer you a pleasant way to completely plunge into the Italian realities.
• This is a personalized Italian language course, executed inside the farmhouse closet o nature and Tuscan culture.
• Lessons take place in the morning for 12 hrs. on the whole. Qualified teachers are in charge of teaching. They will accompany your learning process step by step. Other activities are included in this language package to improve your language process.

WINE TASTING
• Ready to visit the estate! Together with your teacher and the person in charge for the wine production, you will visit a winery. First you will have a interesting walk among the vineyards learning a lot about the history of the farm, the characteristics of its produce and the methods of cultivation. Afterwards you will enter the wine cellar and the owner will explain you the processes of the wine making. Eventually you will taste the excellent wines (Chianti and Igt) and extra virgin olive oil produced there. The wine tour also includes the visit to an Etruscan grave belonging to the estate.

COOKING CLASS
• Learning Italian in the kitchen: improve your knowledge of the Italian language by taking part in a cooking class. The Tuscan cookery is based on simple but tasty recipes belonging to rooted traditions and deriving from a wise farming.
• The duration of the cooking class is 3 hours according to your needs before you sit at the table, and enjoy all the delicatessen you prepared.
• The traditional meal includes a couple of starters, two main courses (primo and secondo according to the Italian tradition) with side dishes and a dessert. During the class and your meal an aperitif and some matching local red or white wines will be served as well.
•Your teacher will be ready to answer any question of yours and the cookery lesson is a good occasion to practice the language with the chef (who does not speak one word of English!).
•The choice of the menu depends on the seasons and on your special wishes! We can focus on vegetables, pasta, soup, risotto, meat, focaccia bread, dessert, biscuits, cookies….
• At the end of your stay you will receive a nice gift.

Notes:
• The welcome dinner is usually at the farm house, but in case there are no enough guests, the kitchen will be closed and we will book for you in another typical restaurant nearby.
• The double rooms are all en-suite. The apartments have got one or more bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 or more bathrooms. Some apartments for 2 people are studio apartments. In some 1 bedroom apartments we can add 1 or two extra beds for children 4-12 and baby cots.
• If you desire to book the service “car + chauffeur” for tours and transfers, prices are from 30,00 euro per person. Ask for an estimate.
